Rochelle Jones
Manager at General Ledger Partners
Rochelle is a seasoned accounting professional with over 15 years of experience and has worked with a wide range of industries and clients in a variety of roles. She received an Associates from Navarro College in Business Administration before continuing to Western Governors University to complete a Bachelor’s in Business Management. She has also completed an Advanced Technical Certification in Professional Accounting from Dallas Community College and is currently pursuing the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. All of which has been accomplished while working full-time.
Rochelle started her career in a mid-size manufacturing company in the North Texas region as a staff accountant and advanced to serve in multiple controller roles before finding her calling in the financial consulting industry five years ago. She loves to use her keen eye for detail and organization to provide her clients with reliable, high-quality services and efficient processes. She loves stepping in to learn something new or clean something up and has a wide variety of experiences ranging from bank account reconciliations and general ledger management to audit readiness and mergers & acquisitions and is not afraid to be hands-on.
In her free time – if it’s not consumed by studying for the CPA exams – Rochelle enjoys spending time with her husband and son, hosting gatherings for her friends and family, reading, traveling, enjoying great food, and generally learning new skills like baking, sewing, crafting, and DIY projects. For over 6 years she has also served on a voluntary basis on the board of directors for the Fort Worth Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI) and loves building relationships with clients and other industry professionals.
