Whether you’re getting your books ready to pass an audit, or preparing for the due diligence process as part of a sale or fundraise, General Ledger Partners has the experience and expertise to help.

 

We are uniquely qualified to assist with complicated and technical projects such as cash to GAAP conversions, audit prep, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger cleanup projects.

 

To scope the project, we begin by meeting with your team to understand what’s driving the need for financial readiness. Based on the end goal (e.g., due diligence, audit, tax prep, or creating better financial processes and cleaner books) we’ll take the time to explain our process, clarify any outstanding questions, and request basic read-only access to some of your systems.

 

During the next 24 – 48 hours, we’ll review your existing financials and prepare a proposal with estimated time and cost to complete the project. We’ll also let you know our preliminary observations, whether you retain our services or not.

During the financial readiness project, we will work with your internal team and other third parties as needed to meet your end goal: financials that are clean and ready for you to use.
