We schedule a 30-45 minute discovery call with the portfolio company (and you, if desired) to understand the business, the specific finance department staffing needs, and the financial systems currently being used.

We request basic read-only access to your client's accounting and related financial systems so we can understand what has been done historically.

We provide the portfolio company with either an hourly or flat rate, depending on the scope and services needed.
