Jennifer Thomas, CPA

Jennifer earned a master’s in accounting from the University of Texas, and is a Texas CPA. She also has a master’s in technical communication from Texas State. She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Jennifer started her accounting career as an auditor for public and private companies at PricewaterhouseCoopers. After PwC, Jennifer worked at a financial consulting firm, specializing in general ledger cleanup and audit prep. She was also the firm's internal resource for QuickBooks and other software.

Jennifer worked as a copyeditor at a national textbook publisher for many years before deciding to become an accountant. Her strong attention to detail and accuracy continues to benefit her clients at GLP.

Jennifer enjoys helping small business owners and startups create bookkeeping foundations that are strong and scalable, and processes that are efficient and effortless. As a bonus, general ledger cleanup and maintenance is something she loves to do!​​
